Title: HIS 2025 and Evolutionary Algorithms: Past, Present, and Future
ABSTRACT:
As HIS reaches maturity, this talk looks back on what has happened during these 18 years of the Workshop's lifespan. We have never seen and felt so clearly how AI has become part of our daily lives. However, eighteen years ago, the day HIS started seemed much simpler to imagine when talking about AI. In this talk, I will focus on the progress of evolutionary algorithms, along with some other ideas.
